Free repair for any covered hardware issue. Battery, screen, keyboard, ports, motherboard — all covered for 90 days.

Covered

  • Hardware faults found within the standard or extended warranty period
  • Battery degradation faster than declared on the QC certificate
  • Storage drive failure or unusual SMART data deterioration
  • Display, keyboard, trackpad, or port malfunctions during normal use
  • Motherboard, RAM, charging circuit failures during normal use
  • Free Windows reinstall, driver setup, software help (1 year)
  • Performance servicing — fan cleaning, thermal paste (6 months)

Not covered

  • Physical damage from drops, impacts, or rough handling
  • Liquid damage — spills on the keyboard, water exposure
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repair attempts elsewhere
  • Issues already disclosed as WARNINGs on the original QC certificate
  • Loss or theft (insurance — separate from warranty)
  • Cosmetic wear — minor scratches, faded keys after extended use
  • Software issues caused by user-installed unsupported applications
How to claim warranty

Find your Inventory ID

Look at the original QC certificate that came with your laptop — your unique ID is at the top (e.g. TLS-247).

WhatsApp us with details

Send the Inventory ID, a short description of the issue, and a photo or video if possible to +91 97737 40873.

We arrange resolution

We pull your original certificate, verify the warranty stage, and arrange repair, replacement, or service depending on what applies. Same-day response on working hours.
